These guided meditations are a part of Dr. Joe's 4-week plan discussed in the volume, Breaking the Addiction of Being Yourself. The meditations are designed to move you from the analytical Beta brain-wave state to the state of Alpha, and develop your ability to sustain coherent brain-wave patterns. Meditation Directions:

Start at the beginning, continue through the first bong, go along through the second bell, and so stop at the third bell. Exercise this portion of the meditation every twenty-four hours for the tertiary week.

4. For the Fourth Calendar week:
Start at the beginning, continue through the get-go bell, go along through the 2d bell, continue through the third bell, and and so continue through to the end. Exercise this portion of the meditation every day for the quaternary week.
